FY2023 Local Selection Process

The Ocean County HPAC Executive Committee is now accepting applications from all agencies interested in applying for FY2023 Continuum of Care funding administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Agencies interested in HUD CoC funding must submit an Application for each project (new and renewal) which will be reviewed by the Ocean HPAC review committee.

All agencies interested in implementing programs serving people experiencing homelessness are encouraged to apply, including those agencies that have not received HUD CoC funding previously. Funding for new projects will be determined according to applicable bonus funding available through the FY2023 NOFO and/or reallocation of funds from existing renewal programs.

Completed applications must be submitted by 4:00pm on May 26, 2023 to Raquel Kooper at rkooper@monarchhousing.org
