The Ocean HPAC is dedicated to creating a system of housing and services that works to quickly re-house those experiencing homelessness in Ocean County.  In this role the Ocean HPAC works with community providers to establish system and program performance standards that will enable the community to meet the goals of ending homelessness.

The Ocean HPAC has established a monitoring process to ensure programs operating in the community are meeting established community goals.

Projects receiving funding under HUD’s Homeless Assistance Programs will be monitored by the Ocean HPAC monitoring team on an annual basis.  The monitoring process for 2015 will be conducted via a Desk Monitoring.
