Meeting Calendar
The Ocean County HPAC hosts bi-monthly Full Membership meetings and Executive Board meetings. All Full Membership meetings are open to the public. Full Membership meetings take place at 10am via zoom.
The HPAC/Ocean County Strategic Plan to End Homelessness can be found here.
The CoC agencies will provide these services through funding from local, state, federal and private sources. The Continuum collaborates with other agencies, government; the faith based community and other concerned organizations and individuals.
